1st, the cashier took an iced coffee cup, it took me a while to explain why I don't want iced coffee.
2nd, I asked for cinnamon donuts, she picked lemon. I had to convince her that i didn't want lemon donut!
And finally I received a "medium" coffee, not large. I checked the receipt it was saying large. So she entered large into register and picked medium size cup !?
To fix the size issue they must have filled the difference just with coffee, it was too dark for me to drink. Whole these took almost 20 minutes (including the wait time in the line). I was just frustrated with everything, threw the coffee to garbage bin and left.
Somewhere around 20-30 miles later I ate my second donut and was lemon...!?@#¿
I just want to congratulate the manager for his/her cashier choice.
Ps: Forgot to mention, she said only one or two words during this whole order process.
